Rule 85
The promotion committee may make necessary arrangements
: In case of any unexpected difficulty in matters not covered by this paragraph or in matters falling within it but the rules do not indicate that this should be done, the promotion committee shall make necessary explanations or Can arrange. Such explanation or arrangement should be sent to all relevant bodies for guidance.
